I've not been able to find the "Call-Waiting" indicator. And even though I've read the instruction sheet, it's difficult to set the date & time. If I'm on a call, a second or incoming call does not appear on the screen.Am I doing something wrong?Thank you for your concerns.It is pretty. The instruction booklet's print is 90% too small to read. I'm still exploring the buttons. It alarms at 12n!!!!!!!!!!!!! I call out; I can't be heard. I heard who answers. I get a call, I hear the caller; they can't hear me. uggggggggghhhhhhhhhhThis phone works fine for simple phone call using handset (not speaker). But it's very poor beyond that. The speaker is too quiet to hear people well, even at its max volume. People say they can barely hear me at all when I speak in a call using the speaker / base microphone. If you pick up the handset during a speaker call it does correctly switch the call over to the handset, but then you can't later switch back to speaker; you have to hang up and dial in again on speaker. There's a mute button, but no visual indicator at all to say whether you're currently on mute or not (amazing, since there is a display screen where they could have shown this). You just have to hope the button press carried out its action, and you just have to remember what you think it did last time you pressed it. This is a total nightmare for doing work conference calls. You're never 100% sure whether you're muted or not, you need to repeatedly ask people if they can hear you, etc. I've tried to tolerate all this for a while, but just going to go buy another phone. These are pretty basic features missing here.Everything works great except for the speaker mic. Can't talk while on speaker because the other party can't hear anything unless you talk really loud.The volume is not good on the speaker phone . I am using the product for my work and conference calls.Telephone without warning disconnects mouth input to your call. You still hear the conversation but cannot talk. No way to reconnect without ending your call.Screen is difficult to read....light too low, except when there's an incoming call.Do not Buy this phoneFunciono muy bien por 6 meses, luego de eso una de las líneas dejo de funcionar y ya no es útil para lo que yo lo quería.Un buen teléfono aunque se nota que no es de la mejor calidad. Requiere tres baterías por cuestiones de respaldo de información.La apariencia es buena, sin embargo no funciona bien. Cuando alguien llama y al contestar se corta la llamada.
