I have no complaints at all. The item is as described and works very well. I felt like they are worth what they cost and are fairly priced in my opinion. I had purchased two of these and like them so well I purchased another two. On my second purchase one of them was defective. I’m an understanding person and it happens so in my opinion it was no big deal I simply requested a refund and have the intention to send it back, but before I could even do so I received two more in the mail. I was dumbfounded that the customer service was that good that they had already sent me a replacement before even receiving mine back. The two they sent are perfect. I would highly recommend this item and would also add that the delivery was fast. For me I use it for all types of different things I have one under a printer to easily slide in and out from under my desk another for a small file cabinet again to easily slide in and out from under my desk and another one for some electronics.Casters/Wheels lock/unlock, although they tend to lock on their own via gravity, but easily unlocked if needed. Had some funny plastic corner pieces that appear to have served no other purpose than aesthetics, wasted plastic. One was busted and wouldnt stay on, took them all off and tossed them. If this were the type of solution I needed (again). I would definitely purchase this again.The quality of the board is excellent. The assembly is incredibly easy and the tool necessary is even included! Had this thing up and running in like 5 minutes. Also, can't beat the price. Would easily recommend this for anyone looking for a mobile computer stand.Was exactly what I was looking for. I decided to save a few bucks and buy the used one. Ended up being brand new with only minor flaws to the box. I'm happy with it and saved a few bucks.Perfect size for my Alienware PC while keeping it somewhat mobile BUT one wheel does not work well making it harder to move around, thus the minus one star.Just the exact size for supporting my large screen monitor that I was always trying to scoot so my colleague could see my screen. Now I can just whip it around for her - it does help to keep papers away from the area!Perfect for my pc tower. I love it, and also love how it was packaged.EASY TO ASSEMBLE, VERY NICE DESIGN, I RECOMMEND IT
