When it arrived the second hand was not attached and was laying on the bottom.It's a really cute little clock and all works well except the light is a joke. We always have a nightlight on at night so it's not a problem for me but I can see it would be a problem for others.I needed a clock in my bathroom so I can keep tract of the time when I am going out. This is a very cute clock that is easy to read but doesn't take up a lot of space. I highly recommend it.After using it for for 30 days the alarm sound is now so faint you can barely hear it. The return window closed 5 days ago so i am out $15 dollars. I wish i could return it to the manufacturer for a replacement or a refund. I feel ripped off.For the alarmPerfect for my office! Love it.The clock is great except the nite light they say it has is non-existent, even in complete darkness after pressing the button, the light is so dim it's not worthwhile.I needed a clock that was inexpensive to keep in the bathroom. This clock works well and didn't cost too much. It's very basic, but it gets the job done.
