Update: I contacted the seller and they shipped me the correct item, the crossbar is still the white zig zag type but that's not really an issue. The person I spoke with was nice and understanding, and offered either a refund or to ship me another table and I chose the table. This new one is as pictured (minus the cross bar) and isn't covered in scratches and dirt, and it's also the right length. Overall, this table feels like what all the other good reviews are talking about, much more happy with this one than the previous one so I'm raising my rating to four stars.Original review:First off, I didn't even receive the same product in the images or that other reviewers have. My table has a white crossbar with zig zag instead of the solid board looking crossbar that's in the images and that other reviews show, and it's definitely not 31", mine is literally only 24" which I'll show in the attached picture. Second, the table top came in scratched and dirty, and not dusty like I could take a feather duster to it and it would be fine, it has actual grime on it. The trim around the sides are chipped and peeling away already, and the "plum shaped screws" won't hold the table to any height I try setting it to. I tightened all the screws as much as possible without stripping the holes but the whole thing is still very shaky and wobbly, there's just no support to it at all. I honestly am half hoping I legitimately got the wrong product because this thing is not worth the $40 I spent on it, the only good thing is how fast you can put it together, but how long it stays together is a different story. This sucks, it's an awful table, I can't even trust it to hold my keyboard while I use it because it just doesn't feel like it can take any sort of pressure on it. Just go buy a cheaper table, it literally could not be any worse than what I've received.A bit wobbly - could be sturdier - but it gets the job doneI bought this for two bedrooms for work at night. It's not the sturdiest on carpet so be careful there.i use as a desk it's greatI selected this table specifically for the indicated height range, because I needed something that would slide under another table. Turned our that as configured when arrived the minimum height was actually about 26” as opposed to the 21.6” given in the write-up. By purchasing a hacksaw I was able to cut a couple of inches off the inside sliding tube (previously limited by the top screw for the back support) and to reduce the table height to 24”, which works for me. (So in any case the absolute minimum height for this table is 24”.) (Also note that the design of the back support is different than shown in the Amazon listing.)Leg room is great and easy to move around my home.Bought 2 of these for my den. The table doesn't quiet go low enough but is still usable. Be aware the corners are severely sharp and I had to buy edge covers cause they were easy to get hurt on.
