I bought this lamp in October 2023, and love it. The various light settings are handy and it's nice to be able to adjust the light to the mood I'm in. I'm a small light person, meaning I don't like using the big ceiling lights in my office - I find them too harsh. So, in the winter when there's less natural light coming into my office, I use this lamp from the moment I walk into the office until I leave. The way you can adjust the angle of the neck of the lamp in conjunction with the shape of the lights definitely works to eliminate the glare from the bulb. I have this lamp set up behind my double 27" monitors and there's plenty of clearance if I ever wanted to switch up my setup. I also have a webcam on one of the monitors and there's plenty of space so the light arms don't get in the way.The charging ports are quick, and I use them often.I had one issue with the lamp: After about 6-months, the charging port just stopped working. Nothing had changed, it lived on my desk. The port just stopped working. I was outside the return window, but I reached out to the company and explained what happened. Without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement desk lamp. I now have the replacement lamp in my office and am so grateful that they not only promptly attended to my request but also exceeded my expectations with their customer service.10/10 would recommend.
